Ontstaan in de voorchristelijke tijd is hij, met zijn grote hoorns, scheve ogen, enorme kop en lange, puntige tong de ware nachtmerrie van elk kind rond december. Het woord is ontstaan uit het Oudhoogduitse woord voor klauw: Krampen. WebIt was Krampus, and it was after my boy.
