WebbThe bungs are checked with a straight edge to make sure they are all level with one another. 4 old injectors are fitted in the fuel rail and inserted without an o-ring into the bungs to stabilize them while the epoxy dries. All 8 bungs are epoxied in with JB Weld. That stuff is awesome. The bungs are trimmed and blended to the inside of the port.

Then I ground the next 0.420" down to .540. The first time I tried to drill with it, the .370 part went straight in but it stopped at the transition to .540. Webb30 aug. 2009 · 1. Thread the bungs and hole in the intake manifold if possible and just screw em in with some thread locker or somethin. 2. Epoxy them in using some Lab-Metal. It withstands temps up to 350F, dosen't shrink or expand and is impervious to water or gasoline. Heard that its some good sh#t and that its suppose to be better than jb weld.
