WebInav can't go resource remapping so your only other option is a custom build with pins remapped. It gets sticky though because servos need to have timers and not all pins have timers. If you receiver has PWM output as well you could also do aileron and elevator on the FC (3 and 4) and plug the rudder in to the receiver. Also, the MATEKF411 INAV target is really designed for the real Matek boards which have all the required breakout pads.
