Re-run game. try fast travel from old town tower. If this does not fix .. try the tunnel to be back to slums which you used to come in old town. WebJun 21, 2024 · A quick search of DXGI_ERROR_DEVICE_REMOVED indicates Graphics card failure, most likely down to over heating or over clocking. I had a similar issue with TombRaider (but no other game) and had to underclock my graphics card to keep it stable. Try underclocking and see if that works. Magmarock. New User.
