WebI have been using the mfc-j415w for over 3 years now. It is a very competent printer for moderate home office or light business use. I typically use it for moderate home office use, with occasional high volume stints. I regularly use all functions except the fax. Pros: *Photo quality printing with good color balance. *Scan bed quality is great. WebCarefully check the left (1) and right hand (2) corners and under the printhead for any paper scraps or other debris that may be stuck. The printhead can be moved from side-to-side as needed. Remove anything found. We recommend using a flashlight to shine inside the machine to make sure no paper scraps are missed or overlooked.
